ConexSmart is an AS9100 certified business specializing in the manufacturing of wire harnesses, RF cable assemblies, fiber optics, production kitting, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and on-aircraft modification services to the Aerospace and Defense industry. Headquartered in Colorado, with a second production facility in Florida, ConexSmart’s solutions complement Trexon’s existing portfolio while offering the potential for Trexon to enter new markets. This acquisition highlights Trexon’s unwavering commitment to Aerospace and Defense.

(“CRE”). Headquartered in Aberdeen Scotland, CRE specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of subsea connectivity solutions in the marine, manned and unmanned underwater vehicle, renewables, and oil and gas markets. This acquisition underscores Trexon’s persistent dedication to broadening its footprint in the subsea domains.
Through the deal, Trexon is broadening its range of subsea connector, wire and cable solutions, as well as hull penetrators, junction boxes, and subsea termination solutions.

BOSTON, MA, U.S.A. – February 8th, 2024 – Trexon, a leading provider of specialized interconnectivity solutions, announced the sale of its Industrial Products Group (IPG) to Amphenol Corporation. The divestiture encompasses the brand portfolios of TPC Wire & Cable, Pittsburgh Wire and Cable, and MilRail.
The sale of the industrial products division was completed late last year. The remaining business operations, comprising Trexon’s Engineered Products Group (EPG), will now operate solely as Trexon.
